Bryce Henning

I have been selling real estate since 2005. Born and raised on a farm in SW Minnesota and attending school in a two-room schoolhouse until ninth grade has given me a solid understanding of family and community. At the heart of everything I do is the idea that a home can create shelter, stability, lifelong memories, and a priceless education by learning from each other. My greatest satisfaction is helping people make their dreams of owning a home come true.

Having over 33 years of construction and real estate experience, I have a broad knowledge of what it takes to satisfy my clients. Specializing in listings and various types of properties such as Lake Shore, Acreage, New Construction, and Investment I work tirelessly for my clients whether they are first time home buyers, move up buyers or those right-sizing properties.

She loves gardening, finding joy in creating beautiful spaces both inside and outside the home, and traveling with her husband, children, and grandchildren. JoAnna was built for real estate and fostering relationships that working as a seasoned Realtor provides. As a lifelong Minnesotan, JoAnna has acquired an appreciation and love for MN’s metro areas and beyond – and is blessed to be able to enjoy time with both her and her husband’s extended families who’ve also remained in MN - from the farm towns in the southwest, to the lakes on the Whitefish Chain, to the iron range north of Duluth, right over to the “up nort” areas of Fargo/Detroit Lakes.
